Role Overview:
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Webflow Designer & Developer to join our team and take our web projects to the next level. This role is perfect for someone with a strong blend of design and technical skills, who can independently create visually stunning, responsive websites while handling the full development process in Webflow. You’ll work closely with clients, translating their visions into functional, engaging web experiences that prioritize both aesthetic quality and ease of use. This role also requires someone who is comfortable guiding clients on Webflow’s capabilities and providing training as needed. (Strong English Communication required) 

Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end process of designing and developing websites in Webflow, from initial concept to live site, ensuring each project aligns with the client’s brand and goals.
• Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients and Project Managers to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and translate requirements into actionable Webflow projects. Maintain clear communication throughout each project phase.
• Custom Code & Interactions: Leverage Webflow’s interactions and animations for engaging user experiences, and integrate custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for added functionality as needed. Be comfortable to work with other designers for custom illustration or animated asset needs. 
• CMS & Content Structuring: Build a flexible CMS structure within Webflow that enables clients to manage and update content seamlessly.
• SEO & Performance Optimization: Implement basis for web performance best practices, optimize checks for SEO within Webflow, and ensure responsive design across all devices and browsers.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing to ensure website functionality and resolve any design or development issues promptly.
• Post-Launch Support: Provide training to clients on using Webflow’s CMS and offer ongoing support to address any questions or updates.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in web design and development, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in Webflow projects.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and tools like Figma, with a keen eye for detail and brand alignment.
• Webflow Expertise: Deep familiarity with Webflow’s platform, CMS capabilities, interactions, and customization through code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Client Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex Webflow features to clients in a clear, accessible way.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design and functionality issues independently, thinking creatively to resolve challenges.
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing websites for search engines within Webflow.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• HubSpot or other CRM knowledge, for clients integrating marketing tools into their Webflow sites.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web performance monitoring tools.
• Webflow Certification(s).
