About the Role

Are you passionate about leveraging AI to redefine creative possibilities? We are looking for a highly innovative AI Creative Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking professional with expertise in creative Direction and delivery across AI mediums, including image generation, motion design, voiceovers, and 3D modelling. You will not only deliver groundbreaking creative solutions but also serve as a mentor, sharing insights into AI’s capabilities and limitations while driving excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities

Creative AI Expertise:

• Design and produce innovative content using tools like Comfy-UI, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other AI platforms.
• Develop and implement creative directions leveraging AI-driven methods, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
• Experiment with and incorporate AI-generated voiceovers, animations, and motion-based content while educating stakeholders about current AI capabilities and limitations.
• Integrate 3D design knowledge with AI tools to create cutting-edge projects (preferred but not essential).

Thought Leadership & Mentorship:

• Teach and mentor teams on AI tools, their limitations, and opportunities, fostering best practices.
• Deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and training sessions on the evolving role of AI in the creative industry.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and share insights with internal teams and stakeholders to drive innovation.

Project Management & Guidance:

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative outputs.
• Guide workflows and identify opportunities where AI can enhance efficiency and creativity.
• Evaluate and improve AI pipelines to streamline production and ensure consistently excellent results.

Strategic Innovation:

• Explore and recommend new AI tools and mediums to elevate creative outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of client-facing strategies, highlighting AI’s transformative potential in storytelling and content creation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in AI-driven design using tools such as Comfy-UI, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI mediums including image generation, motion graphics, voice synthesis, and more.
• Familiarity with 3D design tools such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D (preferred but not mandatory).
• Exceptional ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas using AI tools.
• Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, design systems, and workflow best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience leading projects and delivering creative excellence across multiple disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in design, creative direction, animation, or a related creative field.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments or agencies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative work created using AI tools across various mediums.
• Knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g., Python for AI pipelines) is a bonus.
