Klingit is looking for a Mid–Senior UX/UI Designer to join our global creative team full-time. This role goes beyond designing interfaces, you will shape digital experiences that deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Design Excellence
- Design responsive, user-centered interfaces following UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards.
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate user flows and interactions.
- Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
- Conduct user research and apply insights to improve digital experiences.
- Translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions.
Design Systems & Component Management
- Build scalable design systems used across multiple projects.
- Create reusable Figma libraries to streamline developer handoffs.
- Document design specifications, patterns, and interaction guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.
Collaboration & Project Delivery
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design intent.
- Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and feedback sessions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Provide accurate time estimates and identify design challenges early in the process.
- Maintain organised project documentation to enable smooth collaboration.
AI-Enhanced Design Workflow
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and iteration.
- Integrate emerging AI design tools into workflows and share best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio showcasing B2B web design projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Proven experience creating and managing design systems and component libraries.
- Prior work with high-growth B2B companies or global brands.
- Strong foundation in UX research, user flows, and information architecture.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and developer collaboration.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Ability to create engaging micro-interactions and motion-enhanced user experiences.
