Job Description:

As a Senior 3D Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our creative team, leading the design and execution of high-quality 3D production and motion graphics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually stunning and technically sound projects that align with our client's visions and brand identities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and creation of 3D models, animations, and motion graphics for various projects.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop and refine 3D assets, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D design and motion graphics to continuously improve our offerings.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and budgets.
• Understanding in 3D with Ai a plus. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field valuable. 
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in 3D design and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D production and motion graphics projects.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) projects.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or C++ for 3D applications.
• Familiarity with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
