About the Role

As a Marketing & Project  Manager at Klingit, you will play a key role in bridging strategy and execution, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients while ensuring smooth delivery of all projects. You’ll work closely with clients and internal Klingit teams, adapting to evolving communication and marketing needs.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on project management. You’ll help clients define their goals and guide them in areas like go-to-market strategies, digital marketing plans, branding initiatives, and campaign ideation. Simultaneously, you’ll oversee the production of marketing assets such as ads, social media content, and other deliverables, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, helping them develop marketing plans, branding projects, and campaign concepts.

• Tailor your approach to meet the client’s specific needs, whether acting as a full-service marketing department or supporting their existing team.

• Take a hands-on role in executing marketing initiatives, contributing directly in one or more areas such as copywriting, design, social media management (organic and paid), community management, and creative concept development.

• Manage the production of marketing assets, such as ads, social media content, and campaign deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and quality remains high.

• Oversee branding projects to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.

• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to align project execution with strategic goals.

• Support colleagues on marketing and communication matters, offering guidance and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations and Klingit’s standards.

• Develop strong client relationships by understanding their vision and ensuring our solutions help them achieve their goals.

• Oversee and streamline workflows for creating assets like ads and campaign materials, ensuring a smooth production process.

• Contribute to building Klingit as a company and play a key role in our growth journey.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of relevant experience managing branding, marketing, and design projects in-house or at an agency.

• A solid understanding of marketing and communication, with the ability to connect strategic objectives to execution details.

• Hands-on experience in one or more areas such as copywriting, design, marketing (SoMe/Paid), creative concept development, and community management. This is essential to being able to succeed in the role.

• A proven track record of building strong client relationships and growing client portfolios.

• Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of branding, design, and marketing, ensuring consistency and efficiency across deliverables.

• The ability to oversee and streamline workflows for creating assets like ads and campaign materials, ensuring a smooth production process.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in Norwegian and English (both spoken and written).

• A team player with high energy, strong drive, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
